Multi-Roof Repair Project

MGS Construction rehabilitated and restored over 97,000 square feet of roofing during this contract. The scope included the survey, demolition, replacement & exterior & interior repairs of five buildings located at Naval Air Station Lemoore. Three of the buildings had existing built up roofing (BUR) which we demoed, replaced and repaired blistering & installed walk pads. Two of the buildings had extensive water damage which required exterior repairs to be made including roof vents, gutters, patching & painting. All buildings had mechanical/HVAC equipment on the rooftops which required us to work around/and or move. One building had Spanish style tiles and extensive interior damage due to a water leak which we repaired and restored to new condition. The last building had precast barreled concrete roofing with urethan foam which we demoed and replaced along with repairs made to the exterior.
