MGS Construction was sole sourced the contract to perform plumbing alterations and upgrade in all the occupied buildings at NAS Lemoore. The scope of work was to upgrade all of the plumbing systems for all buildings to reduce water usage and upgrade all restrooms and plumbing fixtures. MGS provided all design, constructability review, value engineering, sustainable design, water conservation/reduction, labor, material, equipment and supervision to implement retrofits, replacements and repair of all existing toilets, urinals, faucets, showerheads, pre-rinse sprayers, garbage disposal units, dish washing machines, and ozone laundry systems with replacement and installation of all equipment using approved systems units and electrical and plumbing connections required by the manufactures.
